Home Preparation Process

The necessary preparations are planned to make the property ready to host guests.

During this process:

  • Arrangements to be completed by the property owner are identified

  • Missing equipment and improvement needs are communicated to the property owner

  • Cleaning and guest-use standards are clarified

  • A property guide and usage information are prepared

If requested, the following services may be provided by Kozy Holiday as additional, paid services:

  • Professional photography

  • Interior arrangement and styling

  • Initial cleaning and detailed preparation
