Will my property start being rented immediately?

No. First, the suitability of the property is evaluated, the necessary preparations are completed, and the listing is published. The process is usually completed within 1–3 weeks.

Can I rent out an unfurnished property?

For short-term rentals, the property must have basic living equipment.
If any equipment is missing, you will be informed accordingly.

Can I arrange the photo shoot myself?

Yes. However, since professional presentation directly affects booking performance, the visuals must comply with Kozy Holiday standards.

Do I set the prices myself?

Yes. The property owner may set their own pricing policy.

Kozy Holiday provides pricing support based on the condition of the property, seasonal demand, and market trends.
In addition, regular monthly reports are provided with information on occupancy rate, average nightly price, and revenue performance.
