After reservations begin, operations can be managed through two different models:


Kozy Holiday Management Model

All processes are handled by a professional team:

  • Guest communication

  • Check-in and check-out organization

  • Cleaning and maintenance coordination

  • Price optimization

  • Revenue reporting


Property Owner Management Model

The property owner may choose to manage the operations themselves. In this case:

  • Calendar and reservation tracking

  • Guest communication

  • Cleaning and maintenance organization

  • Price updates


These responsibilities belong to the property owner. Kozy Holiday provides consultancy support when necessary.

Property owners may choose to receive only listing support or request more comprehensive operational support.

The working model is shaped according to the property owner’s needs.
