Membership and Application Requirements

Is There a Fee to List My Property on the Platform?

No. The application and initial evaluation process is free of charge.
However, any optional additional services requested during the process (such as professional photography, styling, welcoming services, etc.) may be subject to additional fees.

Can I Withdraw Before Signing the Agreement?

Yes. The process is non-binding until the agreement is signed.

After the agreement is signed, homeowners may still terminate the rental arrangement and leave the Kozy Holiday platform by providing notice in accordance with the terms of the agreement.
All termination procedures and notice periods are clearly defined in the contract.

Will My Property Start Receiving Bookings Immediately?

No. First, the property’s suitability is evaluated, required preparations are completed, and the listing is published.
This process is typically completed within 1–3 weeks.

Can I Rent Out an Unfurnished Property?

For short-term rentals, the property must include essential living equipment.
If any required items are missing, the homeowner will be informed accordingly.

Can I Arrange the Photography Myself?

Yes. However, since professional presentation directly affects booking performance, all visuals must meet Kozy Holiday’s quality and presentation standards.

Can I Work with Another Company at the Same Time?

Yes. Homeowners may choose to work with other companies simultaneously.

In such cases, the working model and calendar management must be planned carefully to prevent reservation conflicts.
