Homeowners offering short-term rentals are responsible for completing the following legal and official registrations:

  • Police Registration – Identity Notification System (INS)

  • Tax Office Registration (Taxpayer Registration / Tax Liability Setup)

  • Tourism-Purpose Residential Permit (Short-Term Rental Permit) Process

These legal obligations belong to the homeowner.

However, if the homeowner prefers, these official procedures may be coordinated through Kozy Holiday.
In such cases, the process is planned and managed based on the scope of service and the power of attorney provided.

Are Guest Identity Details Shared With Me?

Yes. Guest identity information is shared with the homeowner in line with legal reporting obligations and security requirements.

This information is required for:

  • Daily guest lists

  • Official notification and reporting processes mandated by law

Kozy Holiday ensures that these data-sharing processes are handled in compliance with applicable regulations and operational standards.
