Informing homeowners about whether a permit or official registration is required
Clearly explaining the application steps and requirements
Providing guidance for applications submitted via power of attorney, if requested
However, it is important to note that the official application and the issuance of the required permits remain the responsibility of the homeowner.
Kozy Holiday offers guidance to homeowners regarding the official notifications and registrations required for short-term rentals, which may include:
Registration with the Identity Notification System (KBS)
Required municipal or tourism authority applications
Tax-related guidance, including referral to a certified public accountant if necessary
While compliance with legal obligations is ultimately the homeowner’s responsibility, Kozy Holiday supports the process through coordination and guidance.
If the homeowner prefers, these official procedures can be coordinated through Kozy Holiday, subject to the scope of service and power of attorney provided.
