Can I Install Security Cameras in My Property?

The use of security cameras for safety purposes is permitted; however, guest privacy and personal data protection regulations (KVKK) must be strictly observed.

Camera placement must be limited to common areas only and must not cover private spaces. In addition, guests must be clearly and transparently informed in advance about the presence and location of any cameras in the property.

Failure to comply with privacy and data protection regulations may result in legal and administrative consequences.
